'National Teachers College celebrates the freedom that our Bayanis fought for the past decades'

Independence of the Philippines was a mighty feat. On Independence Day, the sacrifices of the national heroes are remembered, the country’s sovereignty is appreciated, instilling nationalism in the citizens, as well as celebrating the culture and tradition of its people. Parades are held nationwide, with participation from the government, and the citizens. As it is a national holiday, businesses, offices, and schools are closed, and families spend the day in parks and doing other celebratory activities. Filipino communities abroad also celebrate with programs and annual parades. The National Teachers College is also celebrating the freedom we won against the Spaniards. The said institution believes that every single Filipino has a right to fight for the space they belong in the society. Many colonizers have acknowledged the sovereignty of the Philippine freedom. This can only be a significant change that happened throughout the colonization. This Day, June 12, 2022, is the celebration of Philippine Independence Day to commemorate the freedom fought by the transformative soldiers and carry the torch of liberty to the country. This speaks more than a mind-controlling situation for students and faculty members of the National Teachers College. one student once said, "Freedom is something that we must share with others because once they choose to be free in their uncontrollable situation, freedom takes more places in their life situation. NTC has been grateful for all the efforts and sacrifices that students have poured out to continue their Freedom to stay in their schooling.
